We also utilize a topical take home agent to speed up the fat absorption process. If you are not a good candidate for CoolSculpting, we have other modalities like minimally invasive liposuction and laser treatments. We have been offering CoolSculpting and other body sculpting treatments for over a decade. We have the experience and integrity to tell you if you are not a good candidate. If you are looking for the best possible results with CoolSculpting or any other body contouring treatment, come see us at Omni Aesthetics. Nobody Does CoolSculpting Like Omni Does CoolSculpting!

*Our Guarantee:

Come see us for a consultation. Let us help you decide if CoolSculpting or our minimally invasive liposuction is the best option for you. Some people respond really well to CoolSculpting, but as with most non-invasive treatments, the results will vary and some people will not get the results they were hoping for. Very rarely, some people develop a condition call Paradoxycal Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH) where the fat actually gets bigger!
At Omni Aesthetics, we encourage you to try two cycles of CoolSculpting. If you get great results, you can keep going and start freezing away the fat one, two or up to 4 cycles at a time! However, if you decide you are not thrilled with the results of the Coolsculpting and would like to go ahead and have our lout-patient liposuction procedure, we will credit 100% of what you paid for your first two cycles of CoolSculpting towards a liposuction treatment! (This is not a money back guarantee, and the offer is only for people who have had CoolSculpting at Omni)
If you are one of the unfortunate people who develop PAH, it's not a problem. At Omni, we can fix it. We are one of a handful of practices that can successfully  liposuction people who have previously had CoolSculpting, we can even treat PAH! If you had Coolsculpting elsewhere and you want to have Liposuction, we can still treat you, we have the tools, and expertise to perform post CoolSculpting liposuction. Come talk to us before you book your procedure anywhere else.

10 Things You Should Know About CoolSculpting and Medical Body Contouring.

1. One treatment does not fit all.

You have many options to choose from. CoolSculpting is by far the most popular treatment for permanently spot reducing fat by using a process call cryolipolysis. This treatment destroys the fat by freezing it. People love it because it is not invasive and it works. You can also choose to destroy the fat with a non-invasive laser called SculpSure. SculpSure is better for athletic types who have dense fat. There are radiofrequency based treatments like Body Fx. Radiofrequency treatments tend to be less costly but require more treatments. You also have the option to do minimally invasive liposuction such as SmartLipo, Tickle Lipo and the new Renuvion (aka J-Plasma)Lipo. Liposuction can now be performed without going under general anesthesia and most people are back to normal activities the next day. The results are much more reliable than with the non-invasive treatments and the cost may be less if you consider the amount of fat that will be removed.

2. Multiple treatments are needed for best results.

Understandably, people are looking for the best price, but it is very difficult to know what the final cost of your treatment will be until the number of treatment cycles needed have been determined. CoolSculpting is sold by cycles. If you are treating your love handles, the minimum number of cycles needed would be two. One for each side, but most people need 4-8 cycles. The abdomen typically requires anywhere between 4 to 12 cycles. The bigger you are, the more cycles you will need. SculpSure is sold by the number of panels. Cycles and panels are not the same. Liposuction is typically sold by the number of areas or by the amount of time that the procedure would require and whether skin tightening treatment is included.

3. Not everyone will have the same results.

As with any medical procedure, the results will vary. Just because you had great results, it does not mean your friend will have the same results. This is why it is imperative that you have a personal evaluation by a trained professional. The best way to avoid bad results is to make sure that you are getting the treatment that is best for your body shape, size and skin condition. Some people are just not great candidates for non-invasive treatments. Some people will be better off with minimally invasive liposuction. Others may need more extensive interventions surgery such as a tummy tuck or even a Lap Band or gastric bypass surgery. For some people, the best option would be to go on a medically supervised weight loss program. Don't let a slick talking sales person talk you into wasting your money doing a treatment that is not appropriate for you.

4. Complications are possible.

Just because a treatment is non-invasive, does not mean that there are no risks. It is rare, but some people experience severe pain for weeks after a CoolSculpting treatment. This is usually managed with over the counter or prescription medications. There is a phenomenon called Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH) where the fat actually increases in the area treated with CoolSculpting. If this happens, it can be treated by using SculpSure or liposuction. Uneven or lumpy outcomes are not uncommon when poorly trained technicians are tasked with doing these treatments. Although not a complication, there is the real chance that you may not see any results after the treatment. Because only a portion of the fat is removed, if you gain weight, the remaining fat will get bigger and the reduction in fat from you treatment may no longer be visible. Sometimes, even if you do not gain weight the results may not be visible. Fortunately, this is rare, but it is something you should be aware of. As with any cosmetic medical treatment, results are not guaranteed and additional cost will be involved if you require retreatment. It is better to get the correct treatment for your desired outcome. At Omni Aesthetics, we do actually guarantee results for Coolsculpting. Please call us for details.

5. The skill of the doctor or technician performing the treatment matters.

Liposuction should only be performed by a licensed and trained medical doctor. The non-invasive treatments can be performed by trained technicians. There is actually a CoolSculpting University where technicians can receive intense training on how to properly perform CoolSculpting. Many medical spas have such a high turnover that they do not invest in properly training their technicians. Technology is a great thing, but there is an artistry to performing liposuction and even non-invasive treatments. A bargain can be very costly in the end if you get no results or if you have to pay someone else to fix bad results!

6. Body sculpting treatments do not target Visceral Fat

Visceral fat is the fat that is around your organs and blood vessels. This is the fat that causes fatty liver and heart attacks. CoolSculpting, SculpSure and liposuction can only target the fat under your skin. Although you will look great after these treatments, you are not any healthier unless having the treatment motivates you to live a healthier lifestyle. The only way to get rid of visceral fat is with good old fashioned diet and exercise or a surgical procedure like Lap Band surgery.

7. You get what you pay for.

Daily deals are cheap! Botox is being offered at below the cost of the product, CoolSculpting and even liposuction deals are starting to pop up on Groupon and Living Social. This is great for legitimate cosmetic practices that are busy fixing the bad results from these cheap deals but it is not so good for the patients who have to pay twice for the same procedure. Also, be aware that there are counterfeit machines out there. If the price being offered for a procedure like CoolSculpting is suspiciously low, be aware that the practice may have a fake machine. Counterfeit machines are illegal and they are DANGEROUS!

8. Bad outcomes can be fixed.

Unfortunately, some people will experience bad results from any procedure, even non-invasive treatments like CoolSculpting. It is always better to get it right the first time because it is much more difficult to correct a poor result. With the proper skills and tools, most poor outcomes such as "Shark bites" can be corrected. If you are unhappy with the results from a cosmetic treatment, you don't necessarily have to live with it. Some complications are relatively easy to correct but some may require more involved treatments such as liposuction and fat grafting.

9. CoolSculpting and SculpSure actually work very well.

If you have not been scared off by all the warnings above, here is the good news. These treatments really do work. CoolSculpting and SculpSure permanently reduce fat by destroying the fat cells just like liposuction, just not as much. Expect to reduce between 10 to 20% of the fat under the treatment panel. The more cycles or panels you do, the more significant results you will see. You don't have to do it all at once. You can do one body part today then do another body part next week or next year when you have some more money saved up. The best part is that there is no down time. You can have a treatment and go swimming if you want to.

10. Did you consider liposuction?

The non-invasive treatments are very convenient, but with all the new advancements in liposuction techniques and technology, it's not such a big deal anymore. The biggest risk of liposuction used to be from the general anesthesia and blood loss. We no longer have to put people out for liposuction. The tumescent local anesthesia technique combined with energy assisted devices allows us to perform liposuction with the patient fully awake and very comfortable. There is no significant blood loss and patients walk out of the office on their own two feet and are back to their normal activities the next day. The SmartLipo Laser can be used to pre-melt the fat making it easier to come out using smaller instruments. The "Tickle Lipo" uses a gentle vibratiuon to break up the fat before sucking it out. The micronized fat particles can be removed with very small instuments and the fat can be re-used to add volume to other areas of the body like the face, breasts and buttocks. Live stem cells can be extracted from the harvested fat cells to treat arthritis and joint pains in the knees and shoulders. The Renuvion (a.k.a. J Plasma) technology is the newest development in liposuction. This treatment uses ionized Helium gas to heat and cool the skin at the same time. When combined with liposuction, this technique causes such a significant skin tightening that many patients who would have required a surgical tummy tuck can now have liposuction instead.

Previous Coolsculpting treatments makes liposuction tricky

With the increasing popularity of Coolsculpting, we are seeing a lot of patients coming to us for liposuction. Whether it is because the treatment didn't work for them, or they want more significant results, people who have had Cool sculpting often end up looking into liposuction. When we first attempted to perform liposuction on these patients, we discovered that the Coolsculpted fat was very difficult to remove. The fibrous tissue that formed is very resistant to destruction with laser or vibration. That is why we invested in Vaser®. Vaser uses true ultrasound energy to break up the fibrous fat that develops after Coolsculpting. In fact, we have found that this is the only technique that can effectively treat PAH. When you have your Coolsculpting treatment at Omni Aesthetics, you can be sure that we are going to take care of you from start to finish. We will honestly tell you if this is the right treatment for you and we have the tools, expertise and experience to take care of complications. Ask us about our Coolsculpting guarantee. Nobody else offers that kind of reassurance.

Not Happy with Your Non-Invasive Body Contouring or Liposuction Results?

Non-invasive body contouring is the perfect solution for some people, but not everyone is a great candidate. The best way to know if you are likely to get a great result is to be properly evaluated BEFORE your treatment. As the saying goes, "If the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail."   If you have had a CoolSculpting treatment or any body contouring treatment including liposuction, and you are less than thrilled with your results, come see us for a consultation. We have all the tools and the experience to help you decide which treatment would be the best for you.

You don't need major surgery to reshape your body, just the right tools in the best hands.

At Omni Aesthetics, we have all the latest technology for non-invasive and minimally invasive body sculpting.

SmartLipo is the gold standard for performing laser assisted liposuction. With this technique, there is no need for general anesthesia. The laser melts the fat so that it can be removed with smaller instruments under local tumescent anesthesia.

Our J-Plasma Lipo is the most advance technique for tightening the skin when performing liposuction. Using ionized Helium plasma gas to simultaneously heat and cool the skin, we can remove and melt fat more effectively without leaving behind loose skin.

Vaser® Lipo is a tool that uses ultrasound energy to gently break up the fat inside the body. This allows removal with smaller instruments and gives a very smooth finish to minimize the risk of visible groves and lumps. The smooth fat that is removed is ideal for transplanting to other areas of the body like the face, buttocks and breasts.

Our non-invasive options are proven to permanently remove fat without having to enter the body.

CoolSculpting is the most popular non-invasive fat removal device. It destroys the fat by freezing the adipose tissue right through the skin. No cutting and no down time! The new generation CoolSculpting machine can remove fat in half the time compared to the the older model.

SculpSure is a laser based, non-invasive fat removal device. This machine works similarly to Coolsculpting but uses heat instead of freezing. The treatment time is faster and the results are smoother. This is an excellent choice for more athletic people who need to slim down the excess fat that persists even after diet and exercise.

BodyFx uses radio frequency energy to destroy small pockets of fat. This is an excellent, lower cost alternative for spot reducing fat pockets.

Why so many different devices and techniques? Every patient is different and one tool does not fit all. Which one we recommend will depend on the type of results you are looking for, your budget, whether you can take time off from work, and how much discomfort you are willing or not willing to endure.
