Omni Aesthetics Pricing Policy:
At Omni Aesthetics, we strive to provide the best value for our clients. Sometimes, the best value will mean providing a product at the lowest price. For example, a product like Latisse, (as long as you are purchasing it from a legitimate source), will be the same product so the lowest price will probably be your best value. We often write our clients a prescription so that they can get a generic version at the pharmacy for a lower price. Some of our clients feel that it is a better value to purchase the brand name directly from us and pay a little more because they value their time and do not want to have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy to save a few bucks.
When it comes to procedures, it is a whole different story. Many people try to compare the price of Botox by asking how much we charge per unit. This is like asking a painter how much he will charge you per bucket of paint to paint your house. In the end, do you really care how much paint he uses or do you want him to do a good job? This is why we charge for Botox and Dysport by the area rather than by the unit. You are paying for the outcome not just the product.
If you are having fillers injected, or a liposuction procedure performed, using the best tools will absolutely have an effect on the price. But again, the real decision should be in choosing the right artist to create the look that you desire. You should be looking for the best tools in the hands of a highly skilled physician.
How to Choose the Best Doctor for the Job:
Doing your research is much easier now with the internet. User review sites like Realself.com or Yelp.com are good sources to see what other patients' experiences have been with a practice. The physician has no control over what is posted and there is no way to remove bad reviews on these sites so you will get a good feel for how satisfied others have been with a particular practice. You want to choose a practice that has been around for a while. You can ask around and get recommendations from your friends, your hair dresser or at your gym. The chances are, you will hear the same names from multiple sources. These are the doctors you want to choose from. Avoid practices that are constantly running bargain deals like Groupon. The feedback from some of our clients who have been lured away by these bargains and then come back is usually "never again." We do not try to compete with Groupon because as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."
Having said all that, we do realize that cost is an issue for most people. We feel that we are actually doing you a disservice if we just give you the price without having a chance to show you why we feel that we can offer you a much better value even if our prices are a little higher than the discount practices out there. We are happy to offer you an in person consultation so that we can answer all of your questions including your pricing concerns. We never use high pressure sales techniques and we welcome you to go home and think about your treatment and even visit other practices before committing to a treatment with us. Our consultations are practically free. We do require a nominal $50 fee to reserve an appointment. We do this to deter "no shows." If you make an appointment and do not show up or cancel at the last minute, it is not fair to us or to our regular customers who would have wanted that appointment slot.
If you would like to schedule an appointment or if you have further questions, please call our office at: (201) 368-3800
We look forward to meeting you in person!
Sincerely,
