We value your time. When you make an appointment through Elite by Omni, your appointment time is guaranteed. If we make you wait, we will refund up to double your deposit* In order to keep this promise we need to make sure that the person before you does not show up late for their appointment and impinge upon your time. That's why we have put some very strict policies in place.

Elite by Omni Aesthetics is a concept designed by Dr. H. William Song and the staff at Omni Aesthetics. The goal of our Elite suites is to bring a limited menu of some of our most popular, uncompromising, quality treatments at offsite locations at an affordable price. In order to make this work, certain restriction do apply. You are advised not to book your appointment if you do not agree with the conditions below::
- Appointments must be booked online for the Lyndhurst location.
- A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required at time of booking.
- The deposit is applied towards your treatment only if you show up on time otherwise your appointment and the deposit are forfeited
- The reservation fee is forfeited if you are late or if you do not show for your appointment.
- You can cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours notice by calling 201-368-3800 and you will receive a refund on your deposit minus a $25 service charge.
- No refunds are given if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice,
- Injections are limited to the 3 FDA approved areas: 1-Forehead, 2-Crow's Feet, and 3-the "#11" Frown Lines.
- Dysport® pricing is $299 for the first area $549 for two areas and $750 for 3 areas.
- Botox® is available by request only at the Oakland office.
- Dermal Fillers available at Lyndhurst are: Versa Plus® and Radiesse®. Additional brands are available in Oakland.
- Versa Plus® and Radiesse® are $850/syringe
- Cashless payments by major credit card is required. No Cash, checks, or Care Credit accepted at the Lyndhurst location.
- Patients must be 18 years of age or older.
- Only one person is allowed in the room. Guests must wait in the car while you receive your treatment.
- Consent forms must be signed before you can be treated. Please download, print, sign and bring to your appointment.
- *If you make an appointment online and we make you wait, we will refund your deposit or we will credit double your deposit amount towards your treatment.
