When Melissa does not show for her appointment or reschedules at the last minute, the establishment loses significant revenue due to staff that need to be paid, time that could have been given to other paying customers, rent that needs to be paid, you get the idea. Yet, high end businesses are happy to accommodate her because they can spread the cost around to all their other customers and still be very profitable because Melissa spends an insane amount of money when she does show up for her appointment.

That's why Omni Aesthetics is now offering "Elite by Omni Aesthetics".
Elite by Omni is designed to cut out the fluff and still offer the exceptional quality of treatments offered at our flagship Omni Aesthetics location in Oakland. Our first Elite by Omni location will be at the My Salon Suites in Lyndhurst New Jersey. We will be offering only a select menu of services such as botulinum toxin and filler injections. Instead of offering all the different brands, we have entered an agreement with our preferred brands which are Dysport®, Versa® and Radiesse®. By streamlining the brands that we offer, we can purchase our supplies in bulk and pass the savings on to you.
We have also eliminated the traditional appointment process. All appointments will be made online. We have implemented a no nonsense reservation policy that might need some getting used to. We ask that you only make appointments for services that you know that you want and at the times that you know you can make. There is a nominal reservation fee that is not refundable. Clients who fail to show up, cancel with less than 72 hours notice or are late for their appointments will forfeit the reservation fee. A partial refund will be given if the reservation is rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice. We will be very strict with this policy and we feel that in the end, it will benefit all of our clients. If everyone keeps their appointments and are on time, we don't have to add a "cushion" to make up for the losses we incur when Melissa doesn't show or cancels at the last minute. You also don't need to pay for additional staffing required to juggle around Melissa's schedule because your appointments will be made by you online. We are curating an elite force of licensed nurse practitioners and doctors who are personally trained by Dr. Song. We do not accept credentials from the popular weekend training courses. Our injectors spend months shadowing Dr. Song and then get unlimited hands on training until we are confident that they are skilled enough to represent our brand. We are calling our satellite locations "Elite" because of the elite qualification and standards of our practitioners at these locations.
