Frequently Asked Questions About Our Botox Parties:

Q: Why can't I just make an appointment and get the same low price as the party prices?
A: We are able to offer these low prices at the party because you are getting a group rate at the party. 
Q: Why would anyone make a regular appointment and pay more?
A: Just like some people would rather fly first class than coach, most of our clients actually prefer to pay more so that they can come at their convenience. Now, you have the option "fly coach" and pay less for the same treatment.
Q: Do you dilute your Botox for the parties?
A: Botox comes in a powder and needs to be reconstituted so that it can be injected. We use the same reconstitution so that the actual number of units are the same whether you make an appointment or come to a party. Using the airline analogy, whether you fly first class or coach, you will still get to where you want to go and arrive at the same time.
Q: Who will be doing the injections?
A: Dr. Song trains doctors, nurse practitioners and PA's from around the world so at some point we may have another injector doing the treatments, but at this time Dr. Song is the only one doing Botox injections at Omni. Take advantage of having your injection done personally by Dr. Song at a great price!
Q: Do I need to RSVP or can I just show up?
A: We do ask that you RSVP so that we know you are coming. We also ask that you call us if you cannot make it. We do not require a deposit and you can cancel at the last minute without being charge a fee.  If you show up without an RSVP, we may not be able to treat you. 
Q: What if I RSVP and don't show up?
A: We will wait for you until 10 minutes before the slotted time. If you show up after that time without calling us in advance, we will not be able to treat you. Clients who RSVP and repeatedly don't show up without calling us may be disqualified from participating in our parties. 
Q: Which areas can I have treated at the party?
A: The 3 areas that we treat at our parties are: The forehead, the "#11" frown lines between the eyes, and the crow's feet lines. 
Q: What if I need a custom treatment? 
A: If you like to get treatments that are "off label" such as vertical neck lines, upper lip lines, bunny lines, angle of the mouth etc., we can treat you at the party only if you have had these areas treated previously during a regular appointment and you want the exact same treatment.
Q: How many units are used to treat one area:
A: Because every person has slightly different muscle movements and size, doctor Song does not do "cookie cutter" treatments. Each injection is delivered precisely to the point in the muscle where we want the movement to stop. The number of units per area will be between 10 to 15 units. We keep a map of your injection points so that your results will be consistent in the future. 
A: I usually get more units when I am treated elsewhere.
Q: Because Dr. Song treats the muscles precisely at the points where it is needed, he is able to get beautiful and natural looking results without over treating. Some practices that charge by the unit will try to use the maximum doses but that can increase the risk of side effects such as drooping and unnatural outcomes. Unfortunately, there are those who will tell you they are using more than you are actually getting. Our goal is to give you the best results, not to give you the most units.
Q: What if I need an adjustment?
A: If an adjustment is needed due to a visible unevenness or to correct a side effect, you can return after 10 days but no later than 30 days and an adjustment will be made for you without charge. If the adjustments are needed because you require more product than most people, the first adjustment is free but you may need higher doses in the future and your cost will be adjusted to reflect the additional product needed. It is very rare, but some people do not respond to Botox or require unusually high doses, in which case we may advise you not to have further treatments.
Q: Can I get Dysport instead of Botox?
A: Yes, but you will need to advise us ahead of time so that we can have it available for you.
Q: Can I use my Brilliant Distinctions points at the Botox Party?
A: Yes! in fact we encourage everyone to sign up for Brilliant Distinctions so that you can get and use your points for additional savings. (Just a heads up: If a practice does not participate in Brilliant Distinctions, this may be because they are using counterfeit products). 
A: Am I going to be rushed and treated differently if I come to the party instead of making an appointment like I usually do?
Q: Absolutely not! In fact, we designed the Botox parties to make it fun and convenient. You will have to deal with the inconvenience of making yourself available at the times when we have the party and you will have a window of time where you will be treated on a first come first served basis, but that may not be a bad thing. You can bring your friends, socialize with our staff and meet new friend. Learn about other treatments we offer. Enjoy our snacks and have a glass of champaign. 
Q: What if the timing of the party does not work for me?
A: We are planning to have a Botox party every month, so you can plan to make it to the next one. If you need a treatment before the next party, you can alway make an appointment. You will pay a little more, but you can be seen at your convenience.
Q: You were giving me grandfathered discounts and it looks like the party price is the same as I was paying at my regular appointment. Can I just make an appointment and keep getting my discount?
Q: If you were getting a grandfathered discount, that means you are one of our loyal clients who have been coming to us for over 10 years. First of all, we want to thank you so much for your patronage. We couldn't have gotten to where we are without you. As a way to thank you we have been charging you the same price we charged 10 years ago despite the continued increase in our costs over the years. It has come to a point where we could no longer continue with the discounts. That is why we came up with the Botox parties. You can still get the same low pricing by attending the parties. Unfortunately, we have phased out our grandfathered discounts. 
Q: I saw cheaper prices on Groupon, can you match the lowest price I find?
A: We decided to offer these parties and make our top quality service more affordable so that you don't have to resort to chasing Groupon deals. We are in no way trying to compete with bargain basement discounter. Using the airline analogy once again, our Botox party is like flying coach vs first class on the same respected airline with the same expert pilot. You can choose to take a flight you found on a daily deal site and fly an off brand airline for cheaper, but know that you will probably need to pay for your carry on and beverages and don't be surprised if your flight is cancelled for no reason.

Please be aware that going forward, we are discontinuing our “grandfathered discount” program. Our current prices for Botox and Dysport are as follows:
 
1 area: $299
2 areas: $549
3 areas: $750
 
The gabellar frown lines (#11 lines) between the brow is one area

Custom treatment is Botox: $21/unit  Dysport $7/unit.
 
We do offer the following discounts:
 
Pre-book your appointment and leave a $50 non-refundable deposit and save 10% on next visit. (deposit is forfeited if you miss your appointment or cancel at the last minute).
 
Model discount. If you agree to have your procedure filmed and give permission for us to use it for promotional and education purposes, we offer a 20% one time discount for selected procedures.
 
Botox Parties: If you come to a Botox party to have your Botox treatment, the prices are as follows:
$225 per area ($200/area if you come with a friend).

15 units of Botox or 45units of Dysport per area. Botox $13/unit , Dysport $4.50/unit if additional units are required.*
 
 
*Restrictions apply. Botox party prices are only good at the events. If you make an appointment, our regular prices apply. If a touch up is required, there is no charge for additional units for the first treatment only. On subsequent treatments, you will need to pay for the additional units.
